97-Home Community Marks First Project Under Bridge Tower's Strategic Joint Venture with Japanese Institutional Partner

DALLAS, April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridge Tower Homes, a Dallas-based homebuilder and land developer, today announced the groundbreaking of Saddlebrook, a 97-home residential community located in Corinth, Texas. The project is the inaugural development under Bridge Tower Homes' joint venture with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHP), a global real estate company headquartered in Osaka, Japan and a core subsidiary of Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. (TSE: 9042).

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Corinth city officials, including Mayor Bill Heidemann, City Council Members Scott Garber, Kelly Pickens, and Tina Henderson, as well as City Manager Scott Campbell, Director of Community and Economic Development Melissa Dailey, Public Works Director Glenn Barker, and Planning & Zoning Commissioners Sabrina Lomosad and Adam Guck.

Saddlebrook is situated within North Texas' growth corridor, offering residents convenient access to major transportation arteries, retail, and entertainment destinations. Homes will be delivered under Bridge Towers' Westfield Homes brand, with floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,650 square feet and pricing starting at $385,000, targeting the region's growing demand for competitively priced, quality housing.
